Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: As the Director of Managed Accounting Services, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the division. You will mentor and develop senior managers and their teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your leadership will foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Client Relationship Management: You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services. Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, you will ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
Operational Oversight: You will oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting. Qualifications:
Education: CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles, with significant experience in a senior managerial position within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
Skills: Exceptional leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems and MS excel and MS PowerPoint
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and processes like P2P, O2C, R2R, practical knowledge of GST and TDS, Accounting Standards like IGAAP, IND-AS and IFRS.
