Store-in-charge, Mahestala (Factory)

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store In-charge located in Maheshtala, Mollar Gate
factory.
The Store executive will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the
store, taking care of the day to day operations of the store and ensuring maximum
profitability for the store.
▪ Total Inventory Control & Management.
▪ Control of all material in & out in factory.
▪ Maintaining overall stock.
▪ Ensuring all entries.
▪ Accounts inventory management (Audit and Stock reconciliation).
▪ Manage the fabric, accessories & ready goods inventory independently.
▪ Ensure systematic management of all goods issue & receipt.
▪ Quality check for incoming material in co-ordination with quality team.
▪ Timely issue of goods as per receipt of requisition slip.
▪ GRN-preparation & submission for further processing.
▪ Maintain/manage minimum stock level for regular/routine items.
▪ Maintain material consumption details on daily basis with proper
documentation.
▪ Ensuring high quality of housekeeping within the Store at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
▪ Proven successful experience as Store-in-charge.
▪ Good planning and organizational skills.
▪ Experiential knowledge of FIFO (First in First out) inventory management.
▪ Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting
▪ Team player with leadership quality & problem-solving capacity.

▪ Ability to influence workers.
