Delivery Head - ERP (Odoo)
Job Description:
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead our ERP (Odoo) department. The
ideal candidate will have 7 to 20 years of experience in ERP implementation and delivery,
with a strong background in Odoo. The Delivery Head will be responsible for overseeing
the successful delivery of ERP projects, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring
client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the ER P (Odoo) department and oversee project management and projects
delivery from initiation to completion.
Manage a team of developers, consultants and provide guidance and support as
needed.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide
solutions that meet their needs.
Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to
ensure successful delivery.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and
methodologies.
Qualifications
B achelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
7 to 20 years of experience in ERP implementation and delivery
Strong background in Odoo ERP system
Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects on time and within budget
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
PMP certification is a plus
