Job Description:

Position:          Maintenance Manager

Location:         Ankleshwar

Experience:     8 - 10 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

  • Production & Planning:
  • Oversee and manage the entire copper chemical production process.
  • Develop schedules, monitor output, and implement corrective actions to meet daily production targets.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and cost efficiency with a key focus on the yield of copper based on product specifications.
  • Implement Lean/Six Sigma and troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Preventative Maintenance:
  • Proactively approach to maintenance to ensure minimal line breakdowns and a low cost of manufacturing with a high return on assets.
  • Quality & Safety:
  • Ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Foster a strong safety culture, managing hazardous materials per regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operators, managing shifts and performance.
  • Resource Management:                                                                                                                                                                    
  • Optimize use of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
  • Manage budgets, coordinate with other functions, and prepare regular reports.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Acting as a bridge between production, maintenance, safety, and engineering teams to align goals and anticipate operational needs.
  • Problem-Solving & Root-Cause Analysis:
  • Leading investigations into operational breakdowns and implementing corrective strategies to avoid recurrence.

 

Required Skills

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, Preventive & predictive maintenance, unit operations, QC, and EHS standards.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to multitask, time management, work in a fast-paced environment, and should able to meet deadlines.

 

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
