Position:          Technical & NPD Manager

Location:         Ankleshwar

Experience:     7 - 10 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement continuous improvements for existing copper chemical manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs,
• enhance quality, and ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• New Product Development (NPD):
• Lead the entire NPD pipeline for new copper chemicals, from research and lab trials to pilot, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization.
• Develop processes & specifications, and manage documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Production for technology transfer and scale-up.
• Partner with Quality Control (QC) on analytical methods and quality.
• Engage external experts to accelerate development.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all new products and processes meet relevant industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:
• Deep expertise in Process Engineering, Mass & Energy Transfer, Design & Use of Reactors, and Chemical Reactions.
• Familiarity with chemical plant operations.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/Ph.D. - Chemical/Inorganic Chemistry
