Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies and compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and networks.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues and policies.

 

  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Address compensation-related queries and issues.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Manage and ensure timely attendance coordination with all 10 studios' admins and accountants, ensuring synchronization with HRMS.
  • Update leave balances in the HRMS and resolve related queries, ensuring compliance with attendance policies using tools like Kent Cam.

 

  1. HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) regulations and guidelines.

 

  1. Performance Management:
  • Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and replace consistently underperforming employees.

 

  1. Employee Engagement:
  • Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee recognition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
