Position:          Project Head

Location:         Ankleshwar

Experience:     15 - 20 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Lead the entire project, defining scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from vendors to government agencies.
• Engineering & Technical Oversight:
• Finalize engineering design and plant layout.
• Manage the procurement of all major equipment.
• Oversee construction, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Regulatory Management:
• Secure all necessary licenses and permits from local and state authorities, including the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB).
• Ensure compliance with Indian regulations like the Factories Act.
• Vendor & Contractor Management:
• Vet and manage all third-party vendors and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee site operations.
• Commissioning & Handover:
• Lead the commissioning and validation of the plant.
• Develop a seamless handover plan to the production and operations teams.
• Budgeting & Reporting:
•  Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Decisive and results-oriented.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
