Job Description:

 Position:          Asst. Manager - Finance

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:        

• Financial Reporting & Accounting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS).
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books and reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany).
• Review journal entries, ledgers, and general accounts.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, including sales, OPEX, and CAPEX.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budgets and highlight key deviations.
• Support management in strategic planning with data-driven insights.
• Costing & Inventory Control:
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, BOMs, and product profitability.
• Review inventory valuation, WIP, scrap accounting, and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate with plant and production teams for cost optimization.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Handle GST compliance, returns filing, and input reconciliation.
• Assist in TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors (internal/statutory) and prepare documentation for audits.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
• Monitor daily cash flow, fund planning, and working capital management.
• Manage vendor and customer payments in coordination with Accounts Payable/Receivable teams.
• Support banking operations including LC, BG, and OD facilities.
• ERP & Controls:
• Work in ERP environment (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Tally) to ensure data integrity.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure SOP adherence.

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and controls.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of GST and Indian financial regulations.

Required Qualification:- CA/CA - Inter  

Salary :- Upto 9.00 LPA
