Manage day-to-day sales administration activities, ensuring smooth order processing and documentation.

Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to meet customer requirements on time.

Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Oversee godown/warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock management.

Track and report sales orders, dispatch status, and delivery performance to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide data insights and support in sales planning.

Handle customer queries related to dispatch, delivery, and documentation efficiently.

Work on SAP for sales order entry, dispatch planning, stock reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Drive process improvements in sales administration and logistics to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
