Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Identifies growth opportunities by conducting market research and developing sales strategies to attract new clients for banking products, investments, or other financial services. 

    • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the financial services sector. 
       
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 
       
    • Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. 
       
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
       
    • Nurture client relationships to ensure retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling financial products and services. 
       
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Generate leads through outreach methods like cold calling and email campaigns. 
       
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closing. 
       
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to showcase the company's financial solutions. 
       
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 
       
    • Track sales metrics and key performance indicators to ensure targets are met. 
       
    • Provide sales reports and forecasts to management. 
       
  • Required Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field is often required. 
     
  • Experience: A proven track record in sales, with specific experience in the financial services or related industries, is preferred. 
     
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
       
    • Strong negotiation skills. 
       
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities. 
       
    • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is often a plus. 
       
    • Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
