Telesales Executive - Punjab
Job Description:
Responsibilities: -
- Make outbound calls to farmers, retailers, and distributors to promote agricultural products and services.
- Educate customers/Farmers on product benefits, usage, and best practices.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers/Farmers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
- Collaborate with field sales teams for lead conversion and customer servicing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Punjabi language and Hindi/English.
- Strong knowledge of Dairy, Animal husbandry and Agriculture (preferred).
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple, farmer-friendly way.
- Sales-driven, persuasive, and resilient.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Educational background in Dairy, Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields (preferred, but not always mandatory).
