Analyst - Loan Management System (LMS)

Job Description:

You will own and manage all the Data, MIS, Dashboard & Automation requirements that are needed to govern day to day operations, create recons and perform data analysis for the Product team working on
FinOps and Loan Management System. 

What you will do:

• Establish a robust reconciliation framework across our Loan Management System (LMS), lender systems, and payment gateways to ensure data consistency, anomaly detection, and automatedreporting via slack and email.
• Design and implement frameworks to automate and deploy Management Information System (MIS), data integration, and manual operations workflows, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort.
• Create databases and data marts that are required for performing analysis quickly and efficiently.
• Work with product, finops & data teams to build data pipelines that are required for creating reporting datasets/data marts 
• Perform analysis, create alerts and provide regular findings for metric movement, anomaly detection and improving operational efficiency

Must haves 

• Excellent data manipulation skill with proficiency in excel, sql & python
• Ability to create data mart design required for building governance
• Ability to create data and metric alerts for quick anomaly detection
• Ability to do basic root cause analysis and provide findings to the stakeholders
• Ability to integrate systems for slack reporting using Google AppScript & Webhooks

Nice to have : 

• Experience of handling large datasets using pyspark
• Experience in working with BI tools such Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, Clickhouse etc
• AI adaptability in routine tasks
