Job Description:
* Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Explain and sell financial products (CIBIL score check/upgrade services, credit health reports, credit improvement services, etc.) to customers.
* Actively generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, meetings, and follow-ups.
* Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets consistently.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and business professionals.
* Maintain accurate data and records in Google Sheets and submit regular reports.
* Collect market feedback and contribute to product and process improvement.
* Travel across Ahmedabad as per company’s business priorities.
* Provide daily/weekly sales and performance reports to the Team Leader/Management.
* Training Provided
* Initial 3–5 days of training before deployment.
* Training will cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
* Requirements
* Male candidates preferred.
* 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales/field sales.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
* Target-driven mindset with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
* Willingness to travel extensively across India.
