Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Operation Engineer who can ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, including internal servers (Synology), PBX systems, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, adaptable, and ready to step up during critical (Code Red) situations to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and monitor internal Synology servers including storage, backup, and user access.
● Handle PBX system operations – configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
● Provide first and second-level support for hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops, peripherals, OS).
● Troubleshoot and maintain network components (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls).
● Perform regular system health checks and ensure proactive maintenance.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uptime and quick resolution of technical issues.
● Participate in Code Red situations (critical incidents) and act swiftly to resolve issues.
● Document incidents, resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.

Good-to-Have Skills:
● Experience in call center setup (PBX/VoIP integration, CRM connectivity, IVR setup).
● Familiarity with cloud telephony and ticketing systems.
● Basic scripting knowledge for automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or system administration.
● Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), and PBX systems.
● Good troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
● Experience with Synology NAS or similar storage systems.
● Strong problem-solving attitude with ability to work under pressure.
● Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
