Job Description:
1.Liaison with Government Departments (Pollution control board HP, Town and Country Department, Directorate of Industries, Drugs Licensing Authorities, HPSEB, Revenue, Labour Department etc.). 2.Administration (i.e. Security/House Keeping/Canteen/Company Vehicles Management/Vehicle Arrangements/Approve Expenses Sheets/ Approved Labour Contractor and other routine Bills etc.). 3.Facility Management (i.e. Routine Repairers, Transportation etc.). 4.Vendor Management (Stationary/Scrap Sales/Routine Repairs/Confectionery or Daily Needs Items etc. 5.Handling IR Issues 6.Doing/Participating CSR Activities 7.Overseeing Recruitment 8.Payroll 9.Overseeing Employee's Welfare 10.Overseeing Employee Engagement & Event Management 11.Overseeing HR Administration 12.Review/Training/Making of SOP’s 13.Inventory Control(Through Marg Software) As Per Production Planning
