Job Description:

Project: Data Quality Remediation 

Team: Data Ops – Accounts & SSI 
Duration: 6 Months 
Role: Data Quality Analyst / Data Engineer (depending on role context) 
Skills :: SQL & Python 

Responsibilities: 

• Conducted Root Cause Analysis by engaging with upstream and downstream stakeholders to identify sources of recurring data issues. 

• Performed end-to-end problem analysis across the full data lifecycle, from origination to consumption. 

• Executed remediation activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business and regulatory standards. 

• Designed tactical solutions (short-term fixes) to prevent immediate disruption and strategic solutions (long-term changes) in systems, processes, and governance. 

• Extracted and profiled data from multiple systems to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and trends. 

• Collaborated with data owners, business users, and IT teams to coordinate and document remediation actions. 

• Maintained governance and documentation for audit readiness, tracking all issues and resolutions. 

• Identified and implemented automation opportunities to streamline remediation tasks and strengthen preventive controls. 

Key Outcomes:
