Job Details

• Education: ITI – Turner / VMC Operator cum Programmer course
• Experience: 2–4 years as VMC Operator / CNC Operator
• Preferred: Experience in plastic injection mold making industry
• Gender: Only male candidates may apply
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce precision parts as per engineering
drawings.
• Load and unload raw materials, set up workpieces, and ensure proper alignment.
• Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and offsets as required.
• Support basic programming and editing of CNC programs for production runs.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process checks to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain smooth workflow by troubleshooting machine/tooling issues during
operation.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance of VMC machines.
• Maintain proper documentation of daily production activities.
• Ensure work area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as a VMC Operator / CNC Operator (2–4 years).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints & technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC programming and machining practices.
• Understanding of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for different materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for machine interface and documentation.
