Position:         Sr. Quality Reliability Engineer

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     3 - 4 Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead reliability engineering efforts across new product development (NPD), including DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, and failure analysis.
• Develop and manage reliability test plans (e.g., HALT, HASS, fatigue testing, environmental testing).
• Monitor field data (warranty, service reports, customer feedback) to identify trends and root causes of failures.
• Drive problem-solving efforts using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, and statistical analysis (DOE, regression).
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier quality to ensure product robustness from design through production.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, etc.).
• Lead audits, process validations, and quality reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support PPAP, APQP, and other core quality processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills

• Experience with EV or hybrid vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification preferred).
• Familiarity with global automotive OEM and Tier-1 supplier environments.
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
