							Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries & providing shipment updates
- Coordinating with carriers, agents, and internal departments
- Preparing and sharing documents related to shipments
- Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong communicator and team player
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes (Sea)
- Proficient in MS Office and email drafting
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
