  • Handling customer queries & providing shipment updates
  • Coordinating with carriers, agents, and internal departments
  • Preparing and sharing documents related to shipments
  • Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes (Sea)
  • Proficient in MS Office and email drafting
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
