Job Description:

Experience - Sales or marketing or factory operations background.

Years - minimum 15 years of experience in above mentioned field.

Preferable if experienced in East Africa.

Preferable if Swahili language is known.

Education - B. com / B. Tech or equivalent.

Responsible for achieving company revenue and profitability targets as per management requirements.

In-charge of complete operations of company.

Management of day-to-day activities, admin and other tasks including management of various agencies.

Responsible of all factories and branches of company.

Strong leadership and management skills and experience required.

Salary (take-home) - approx. USD 4000 per month (flexible depending on candidate experience)
