Field Sales Executive 

Location: Onsite | Dwarka, New Delhi

We are looking for Field Sales Executives who are proactive, result-oriented, and eager to build strong client relationships while driving business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify and connect with potential advertisers across multiple industries.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, meetings, and networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business.

Business Development & Strategy

  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored OOH + Digital advertising solutions.
  • Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.

Campaign Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with operations and creative teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams during onboarding and delivery stages.
  • Address client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements & Skills

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and field sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in client interactions and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Growth Mindset

  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to grow in sales, marketing, and advertising.
