Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers at project sites, presenting project features and amenities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • - Greet and assist customers visiting the site location.
  • - Present project amenities, features, and location benefits effectively.
  • - Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • - Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
  • - Report on sales activities to top management.
  • - Achieve the assigned targets and goals for the designated area.
  • - Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
  • - Understand customer requirements and present solutions accordingly.
  • - Maintain and develop client relationships via meetings, calls, and emails.
  • - Organize and accompany customers on site visits, providing detailed project briefings.
  • - Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to address client concerns.

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • - Achievement of sales targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • - Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
  • - Number of new clients acquired.
  • - Quality and timeliness of sales reports.
  • - Customer retention and repeat visits.
  • - Effective conversion rate from site visits to sales.
