Job Description – E&I QC Supervisor

Position Details

  • Job Title: E&I QC Supervisor

  • Location: Saudi Arabia

  • Experience Required: Minimum 12 years (same domain – Electrical & Instrumentation QC)

  • Benefits: Accommodation + Food + Transportation provided by the company

  • Working Hours: 10 hours/day

  • Requirement: Must be Aramco Approved


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor E&I quality control activities at site and fabrication yards.

  • Review and implement project specifications, drawings, ITPs, and method statements.

  • Conduct inspections for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.

  • Ensure compliance with Aramco, international codes, and industry standards.

  • Verify calibration of instruments, loop checks, grounding, cable termination, and testing reports.

  • Maintain QC documentation, NCRs, and ensure proper closure of quality issues.

  • Coordinate with project teams, engineering, and client representatives for inspections.

  • Support QA/QC Manager in ensuring adherence to project quality plans and HSE requirements.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in QC for E&I works in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.

  • Saudi Aramco Approval – Mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of international codes & standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, ISA, etc.).

  • Proven experience in inspection, installation, and testing of:

    • Electrical systems (switchgear, transformers, MCCs, etc.)

    • Instrumentation systems (DCS, PLC, control valves, analyzers, etc.)

  • Strong reporting, supervision, and communication skills.
