Civil Engineer

Role Summary

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for execution and monitoring of construction projects in real estate and infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires strong technical knowledge, compliance with local building codes/TNRERA, and effective coordination with stakeholders.

KRA: Task / Activities

• - Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• - Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimations.
• - Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
• - Ensure compliance with TNRERA guidelines, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
• - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
• - Implement quality control, safety standards, and sustainable construction practice.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• - % adherence to project timelines vs. schedule.
• - Budget compliance and cost variance.
• - Quality audit scores and safety compliance.
• - Timely submission of reports and documentation.
• - Stakeholder satisfaction (internal & external).
