We are seeking an experienced ICBM Technician – Plastic Moulding to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in operating, setting, and maintaining Injection/Blow/Compression Moulding (ICBM) machines, with hands-on experience in plastic processing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Injection, Compression & Blow Moulding (ICBM) machines for plastic component manufacturing.
• Set up moulds, adjust machine parameters, and ensure optimal production quality.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on moulding machines.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of machine performance, downtime, and production output.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve output targets and reduce rejections.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/ITI/Engineering in Mechanical, Plastics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in plastic moulding operations (Injection/Blow/Compression).
• Strong knowledge of mould setup, machine operation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process sheets.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as per production requirements.
