Hiring Product Officer in Ahmedabad Location

Job Description:

Create a rapport with all functional DMUs at the supplier’s end.

Negotiate all specific requirements, like price, quality, delivery and packaging of the customers with the suppliers for sustaining & developing business.

Arrange product briefing sessions by suppliers to upgrade the technical knowledge of area team members.

Visit Core Customers to build a relationship base with them.

Conduct a survey of new areas & Industry, to identify new prospects of business, on a regular basis.

Ensure resolution of customer complaints and create a win-win situation with both suppliers & customers.

Take technical trials at core customers resulting in orders.

Give counter strategies against competitor’s activities.

Negotiate directly with large potential customers for bulk orders.

Ensure recoveries to sustain cash flow.

Maintain minimum stock levels at all godowns.

Analyse MIS reports to identify required supplier support for sustaining and growing business.

An extrovert person who takes initiatives to build the business.

Works within the defined systems and processes.

Must identify new opportunities; be persistent in developing new business.

Particular and disciplined in timely Reporting according to the set protocols of the company.

Convince customers for repeat business.

Must have an attitude to achieve goals, accompanied with ethical approach towards customers

Must have negotiation & presentation skills.

Must continuously make an effort to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform better.

Candidate Must agree for 3 years’ employment bond

Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.E. (Chemical)

Salary: 6 To 9 LPA

Experience: 5 + years selling in chemical industries in India
