Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Flutter Developer to join our team.
As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and
maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using
Flutter. You will work with a dynamic team to deliver user-friendly and
innovative applications for both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring high
performance and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 App Development: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile
applications using the Flutter framework.

 UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with designers to ensure the app
provides a smooth and intuitive user experience across Android and iOS
devices.
 Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while
optimizing performance for both platforms.
 Third-Party Integrations: Integrate third-party APIs and services to
enhance app functionality.
 Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, debug, and troubleshoot issues to
ensure the app is free of bugs and performs efficiently.
 Collaborate with Teams: Work with backend developers, product
managers, and designers to create seamless and user-centered
solutions.
 App Store Submission: Ensure the app meets guidelines for both Google
Play Store and Apple App Store, handling submissions and updates.
 Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile
development trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 At least 3 years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus
on Flutter.
 Strong experience with Dart programming language and Flutter SDK.
 Experience with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and other backend integrations.
 Proven ability to develop and deploy apps to both Android and iOS
platforms.
 Along with Android and iOS they should know Web platform and
Desktop platform as well.
 FlutterFlow is plus and should aware of Desktop platform.
 Familiarity with mobile UI design principles, especially for cross-platform
applications.
 Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod,
or Bloc.

Technical Skills :

 Proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework for mobile development.
 Knowledge of Android and iOS development environments (Xcode,
Android Studio).
 Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design patterns, responsive
layouts, and app performance optimization.
 Experience working with version control systems (Git).
 Familiarity with push notifications, in-app purchases, and integrating
native mobile features.
 Experience with testing frameworks like Flutter Test or integration
testing tools is a plus.
