We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth fund flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ledger postings, and reconciliations.
• Maintain Tally ERP accounts, GST filing, PTax compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Manage bill payments, vendor reconciliation, and purchase/sales registers.
• Oversee order placement, delivery tracking, and coordination with vendors/logistics.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare and send quotations for software/services when required.
• Manage bill discounting, cash flow, and fund flow to ensure liquidity and working capital management.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and budgets for management review.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance processes.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial documentation.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (experience in an IT software/hardware reseller company preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, PTax, and financial compliance.
• Experience in fund flow management and bill discounting.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
