Strong negotiation and communication skills.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate in Purchase Department to join our organisation. The candidate shall be managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
Responsibilities
1)Vendor Management
- Effective Pricing
- Quality of Material
- Timely Delivery
- Negotiation
2)Project Resource Planning
- Coordination with Planning and Execution team
- Identification of schedule of materials required
3) Documentation
- RFQ, Comparatives and Issuance of Purchase Orders
4)Delivery of Material
- Coordination with site and vendor
