About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Odoo development and customization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Odoo’s core modules, strong technical knowledge of Python, and the ability to deliver customized ERP solutions for diverse business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business needs.

• Design and implement new features, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications.

• Work on module migration, version upgrades, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo applications.

• Provide support and training to internal teams or clients when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Odoo development.

• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, ORM, QWeb, Reports, and Workflows.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Odoo API integration (REST, JSON, XML-RPC).

• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, Git, and deployment practices.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Odoo Enterprise Edition and Community Edition.

• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or cloud deployment.

• Familiarity with Odoo.sh and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to lead small development teams.
