Operation Manager for Restaurant Sector
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our multiple restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth across our outlets.
� � Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of restaurants ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Work closely with senior management to plan expansion and business growth.
� � Requirements:
Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management
5–7 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
Proven track record in operations, cost optimization, and customer service.
� � Location: Raniganj, able to move Asansol & Durgapur as per the requirement
