Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our multiple restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth across our outlets.

� � Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily operations of restaurants ensuring efficiency and service excellence.

 Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.

 Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.

 Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.

 Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

 Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.

 Work closely with senior management to plan expansion and business growth.

� � Requirements:

 Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management

 5–7 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

 Proven track record in operations, cost optimization, and customer service.

� � Location: Raniganj, able to move Asansol & Durgapur as per the requirement
