Admin Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities ● Oversee daily opening and closing of office, showrooms, clinic, and warehouse. ● Monitor housekeeping and security staff attendance and performance. ● Conduct regular checks for cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies. ● Maintain attendance logs, shift schedules, and duty rosters. ● Handle vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, and office supplies. ● Prepare and submit daily/weekly admin reports to management. ● Support internal teams with administrative requirements (stationery, office utilities, etc.). ● Coordinate minor facility maintenance and escalate issues where required.Required Skills & Competencies ● Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Ability to handle multiple sites (office, showroom, clinic, warehouse) efficiently. ● Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). ● Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. ● Ability to coordinate with vendors, staff, and management Candidate Profile ● Graduate with minimum 2 years of administrative/operations experience. ● Preferably with exposure to facility management in retail/healthcare/corporate environments. ● Reliable, responsible, and proactive
