Operations & Order Coordinator

About the Company:

Our client is a growing textile brand committed to delivering high-quality products and seamless experiences to our customers, both online and in-store. We are looking for a meticulous Operations & Order Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate with our offline outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track all incoming orders from online platforms and offline outlets, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

• Coordinate with retail outlets and internal teams to maintain smooth stock flow and availability.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the supply chain or warehouse team.

• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipping issues.

• Maintain records of orders, returns, and customer interactions, and generate regular reports for management.

• Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure accurate product listings, promotions, and order fulfillment.

• Identify process improvements to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Assist in offline outlet operations, including stock transfers, merchandising support, and order-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in operations, order management, or retail coordination, preferably in textiles or apparel.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and outlets.

• Familiarity with order management systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight timelines.

Preferred:

• Experience in textile/apparel retail operations.

• Exposure to e-commerce order coordination and online marketplaces.
