Job Description:

Position:        Production Supervisor

Location:       Silvassa

Experience:   1 - 2 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures as per company policy.
• Plan manpower allocation and manage shift schedules.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and ERP/SAP entries.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
• Train, guide, and motivate shop floor workers for better efficiency.
• Handle any production-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills:

• Ability to coordinate with operators/workers
• Basic team handling and communication skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 3.75 LPA
