Job Description:

Position:          QC Inspector

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      0 - 1 Years

Industries:       Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Assist in performing basic inspection of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, quality plans, and technical specifications.
• Support senior inspectors in conducting visual and dimensional inspections using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, rulers, micrometers).
• Record and report inspection results accurately in logs and inspection sheets.
• Help identify and segregate non-conforming parts and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety and quality procedures during inspection and testing activities.
• Participate in on-the-job training and continuous learning sessions related to quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Cooperate with production and quality teams to improve overall product quality.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurement concepts.
• Familiarity with tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges (training will be provided).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude toward quality systems and workplace safety.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 2.64 LPA
