Job Description:

Position:          Store Officer

Location:         Dabhel - Daman

Experience:     2 - 3 Years

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Stores & Inventory Management
• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packing materials, and consumables as per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with FEFO (First Expiry First Out) / FIFO (First In First Out) inventory systems.
• Warehouse Operations
• Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive pharmaceutical materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and GMP compliance in the warehouse.
• Ensure batch traceability and maintain identification & segregation of materials.
• Raw Material & In-Process Material Handling
• Coordinate with QC, Production, and QA for material sampling, approval, and issuance.
• Manage in-process materials and stage-wise transfer during production.
• Rejected/Expired Material Handling
• Identify and segregate expired, rejected, or non-conforming materials.
• Maintain proper documentation and disposal records as per SOP and regulatory guidelines.
• Audit Compliance (Regulatory & Internal)
• Ensure all store operations comply with GMP, WHO, USFDA, MHRA, and internal audit standards.
• Maintain documentation and records for audit readiness.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse processes and inventory control
• Understanding of batch traceability, material status (Approved / Quarantined / Rejected)
• Familiarity with FEFO/FIFO, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and documentation practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP software)

Required Qualification:-  B.Com/M.Com

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
