Position:        Maintenance Trainee (S)

Location:        Somnath - Daman

Experience:     Fresher

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment such as:
• Tablet compression machines, blenders, granulators, coating machines, autoclaves, HVAC, AHU systems, etc.
• Support utility equipment maintenance (e.g., chillers, boilers, water systems, air compressors).
• Learn to maintain equipment logbooks, calibration records, and maintenance documentation as per GMP norms.
• Observe and assist in installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, EHS guidelines, and SOPs during all maintenance activities.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis under supervision.
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and workplace cleanliness.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for equipment servicing needs.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and industrial equipment
• Willingness to learn in a regulated, GMP-compliant environment
• Good observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Basic knowledge of pharma equipment is an added advantage

Required Qualification:-  B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical

Salary :- Upto 1.80 LPA
