Job Description:

Position:          Instrumentation Technician

Location:         Uppugal - Warangal

Experience:      7 - 8 Years

Industries:       Oil 

Responsibilities:        

• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.
• Read the reports on incomplete/pending jobs from the previous shift on issues such as major/minor breakdowns, emergencies on calibration/repair/troubleshooting from
• Production, QC, R&D &/or Maintenance departments and attend to them on a priority basis
• Make rounds of the plant and conduct routine/preventive maintenance of all the instruments
• Install any new instrument for new project(s) as per the project requirements and handle its fabrication & fittings
• Program and change settings such as trip setting, alarm setting et al of instruments as per requirements of the concerned department
• Prepare a list of all spare parts relating to their present quantity/number & additional requirements & forward the same.
• Assistant Manager Instrumentation for procurement
• Conduct routine tests on all automation systems
• Provide adequate supplementary instrument(s) in case of unavailability of spares leading to delays in repairs

Required Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and intrinsically safe equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious and familiar with oil and gas industry safety protocols (e.g., Permit to Work systems, Lockout/Tagout).

Required Qualification:- 10th/ITI - Instrumentation

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
