Job Description:

Position:         Asst. Manager - Sales

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     5 - 7 Years 

Industries:      Electronic

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Create and implement sales plans (monthly / quarterly / annual) for assigned territory or segments.
  • Forecast sales, order bookings & revenue; set targets for team and individual members.
  • Monitor performance vs plan; adjust approach to ensure targets are met.
  • Business / Project Acquisition
  • Identify new business opportunities: new clients, new projects, tenders.
  • Prepare technical & commercial proposals / quotations.
  • Participate in tender processes; understand specifications, standards, competitor offerings.
  • Channel / Distributor / Partner Management
  • Build, manage, and motivate the channel/distributor network.
  • Travel and meet with channel partners / dealers / subcontractors to ensure good reach & brand representation.
  • Deliver trainings, product demos, promotional activities via partners.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers: contractors, panel-builders, OEMs, consultants, government bodies.
  • Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, technical issues.
  • Ensure good after-sales service and support where applicable.
  • Team Leadership & Cross‐functional Collaboration
  • Lead, coach and mentor the sales team; set performance goals, review progress, give feedback.
  • Work closely with engineering / product / technical support / operations / supply chain to ensure product meets customer requirement and orders are delivered on time.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, new product developments, pricing.
  • Provide feedback to product / marketing teams for enhancements, positioning, promotional tactics.

Required Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, product specifications, standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation
  • Strong Communication, stakeholder management skills. 

Required Qualification:-  Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
