Senior QA Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute test strategies for complex features across manual, regression, and automation suites.

• Develop, maintain, and optimise automated test cases using qEngine or equivalent frameworks.

• Perform API testing, database validation, and cross-browser/device compatibility testing.

• Execute load/performance tests and basic security validations.

• Participate in release readiness and provide risk-based assessments.

• Mentor junior QAs and enforce best practices in test design and execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.

• Hands-on with qEngine or similar automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

• Exposure to load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust) and basic security testing (e.g., OWASP concepts).

• Familiar with CI/CD integration of test suites.

• Comfortable with Jira, Bitbucket, branching workflows, and collaborating with Dev/DevOps.

• Knowledge of testing in AWS-hosted environments (e.g., S3, CloudFront, EC2-based apps)
