AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

• We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP and some Computer Vision. You’ll build scalable AI solutions using transformer-based models, LLM-powered chat systems, and vector databases, primarily in Python. A research-driven, proactive mindset is highly valued.
  
  What you’ll do:

  • Build and optimize document classification & information extraction pipelines
  • Build Agentic AI for FinTech usacases
  • Train/fine-tune NLP models (Transformers/LLMs) for classification tasks
  • Implement LLM + vector DB based RAG chat systems
  • Apply Computer Vision for document/image-based use cases
  • Deploy scalable ML services in production

  What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on ML/NLP/LLM experience
  • Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face and the likes)
  • Experience with any vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
  • Some exposure to Computer Vision/OCR
  • Proactive thinker with a research & innovation mindset
  • Semi-OCR with the quality of work and code
