Post: Production Supervisor / Engineer

It was in the year 2004, that the company expanded its product range to include electrical enclosures like MCB distribution boxes, Concealed metal boxes and main switches.

With a battery of over 40 power presses, 6 CNC turret punching machines, 8 CNC Bending machines, 2 NC shearing machines, Fabrication, pretreatment, powder coating and assembly all under one roof, it caters to Enclosure requirements of Electrical giants like Schneider Electric, Siemens, L&T, Eaton, V Guard and Polycab.
Experience: Min 2 Years experience in press shop/fabrication/ Sheet Metal / Bending Shop.
Education: DME
Salary: up to 2.40 Lac(s)
Skill: Power Press ( 10 Ton – 150 Ton), Bending Machine or press brake, MIG welding, Projection welding, CO2 welding.

Job Description:
Reduced rework percentage by taking in-process audit and mfg. audit.
Work as per the guideline of TPM/TS
Co-Ordinate with PPC department for smooth production running
Arrange for all resources including raw materials, manpower and facility required.
Handling overall press shop production for daily production targets
Overall responsibility of welding subassembly of floorboard and running board assembly
PROCESS follows with safety and through with safety and work permits.
Achieving the planned targets without Compromising the quality and quantity
Working as per various standards like ISO9001&Tsi6949-2002 system
Preparation of daily & Monthly reports
Co-Coordinating with Stores, QC, QA, Maint.In day to day activity
Awareness of seven QC tools to improve quality problems
Handling 4M for achieving desired production targets
