Position:         Export Manager

Location:        Surat

Experience:     5 - 8 Years

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities international markets to achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with global customers, handle inquiries, and provide end to end support.
• Export Documentation: Oversee pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with export rules, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor global trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Pricing & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with international clients.
• Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
• Marketing Support: Assist in digital campaigns, trade exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility overseas.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly export reports and update management on sales performance and market feedback.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in Export Marketing or International Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional foreign language
• skills will be a plus.
• Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping procedures, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification:-  BBA/MBA - Marketing

Salary :- Upto 9.60 LPA
