Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a positive attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
