Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Greenfield, Gandhinagar
Education : Any graduate
Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively within defined timelines.
  • Maintain customer records, update databases, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics, etc.) for smooth customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Support the sales/operations team with client-related requirements when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
