Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively within defined timelines.
- Maintain customer records, update databases, and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics, etc.) for smooth customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Support the sales/operations team with client-related requirements when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
