Job Title - Digital Marketing Manager

Location - Vesu, Surat

 

Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 6–8 years of experience to lead and execute online marketing strategies for our jewellery retail and e-commerce platforms. The role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and campaign analytics to strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and drive e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills to deliver impactful digital campaigns that reflect our luxury brand positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaigns

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.

Drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through targeted campaigns.

SEO & Website Optimization

Manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Collaborate with web developers and content teams for on-page and off-page optimization.

Track and analyze web performance metrics (traffic, bounce rates, conversions).

Social Media Marketing

Manage brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Create engaging campaigns for jewellery launches, promotions, and festivals.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations.

Content & Creative Coordination

Work closely with content writers, designers, and video teams to deliver compelling creatives.

Align content calendars with seasonal promotions and product launches.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

Optimize ad spend across channels for maximum ROI.

Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Prepare regular reports and share insights with management.

E-commerce & CRM Integration

Drive traffic and sales on company’s website and marketplaces.

Support CRM campaigns through email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp automation.

 

Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

Key Attributes:

6–8 years of experience in digital marketing (jewellery, fashion, or retail preferred).

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and analytics tools.

Proficiency in performance marketing, campaign management, and remarketing.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and CRM tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
