Job Description:
Position: Production Chemist
Location: Zaroli near by Bhilad
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Industries: Automobile
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control chemical processes used in automobile manufacturing (coatings, paints, lubricants, coolants, adhesives, etc.)
- Ensure consistent quality of chemical formulations used in production
- Conduct routine chemical analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Maintain batch records, production logs, and quality documentation
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines during production activities
- Troubleshoot process deviations and support corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams
- Support scale-up and optimization of chemical processes
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals
- Assist in audits and compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of basic analytical chemistry techniques (titration, gravimetric, instrumental).
- Understanding of electroplating processes (Nickel, Zinc, Chrome, Tin, etc.).
- Ability to interpret test results and identify abnormalities.
- Good record-keeping, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety practices.
- MS Excel / ERP system knowledge for data entry & reporting (preferred).
Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
