Job Description:

Position:          AGM – Operations

Location:         Bhilad Near By Vapi

Experience:     10 - 15  Years

Industries:      Cosmetic

Responsibilities:

Production Management

• Lead daily production activities across multiple product lines (personal care, & Colour cosmetics)
• Optimize production schedules to meet demand forecasts and reduce downtime
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards

 Stores & Inventory

• Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory across plants and warehouses.
• Implement robust inventory control systems to minimize wastage and stockouts
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely material availability

 Maintenance & Engineering

• Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and utilities
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations

 Operational Excellence

• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, cost per unit, and downtime
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks

 Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor plant managers, engineers, and store officers
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation
• Conduct performance reviews and training programs for operational staff

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing , Testing processes in cosmetics, personal care, premium range of products.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle),
• Production planning tools, and maintenance software
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good in communication

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc/MBA

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
