CTC: $1000 – $1500
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and stock management in a Retail Supermarket / Hypermarket setup. The role requires 7–10 years of proven experience in managing stock levels, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring accurate inventory across warehouses and stores. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive operational excellence in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory operations and maintain optimal stock levels.

Monitor and control shrinkage, wastage, and discrepancies in inventory.

Implement and manage inventory control systems (ERP/WMS).

Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts.

Coordinate with procurement, category, logistics, and store teams for demand planning and replenishment.

Ensure proper documentation of stock movements, GRN, and dispatch records.

Develop SOPs and implement best practices for inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring adherence to processes.

Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline with relevant inventory management experience.

Experience

7–10 years of proven experience as an Inventory Manager in a Retail Supermarket / Hypermarket setup.
