Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Male/Female) to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by promoting the company’s products/services. Key Responsibilities
 Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
 Develop strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
 Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
 Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via Online or Offline.
 Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
 Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
 Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
 Keep records updated in CRM and prepare regular progress reports.
 Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
 Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
 Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
